How to motivate the shit out of yourself

How to motivate the shit out of yourself

Motivating yourself all the time can be a lot of work under the best and worst circumstances. So how do you stay motivated particularly in an ongoing pandemics and lockdown? how do you stay motivated when you’re stressed, overwhelmed or feel burn out.

Motivation is that pump that gets us through the day. It’s the high or the push that we need that lets us know we can get through anything and come out on top.

One thing to ask yourself is how do I get motivated? What keeps me motivated? And how can I remain motivated constantly?

How to motivate the shit out of yourself

  1. Stop comparing yourself with others. Walk your path and be happy in it believing that everything good will come.
  2. Don’t be afraid to fail. Failure does not mean that it is the end of everything. It just an opportunity to try again and be successful at it.
  3. Dream big. Have a vision board about where you’re going and how you want to get there. Don’t forget to give room for unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Push yourself to do more. Set goals that scare you and be ready to do the work.
  5. If you don’t like where you are, change it. You’re not a tree. Embrace changes.
  6. Take the risk. Take that chance, it may be your chance to fly.
  7. Invest in your happiness. Nothing matters if it doesn’t make you happy. Be happy and spread happiness.

  1. these are some great and powerful tips!! I like the one about you are not a tree and if you do not like where you are, change it!! That speaks so much volumes to me right now because I am making a huge change in my life right now and I need to shake off this comfort space I’ve been trapped in.

  2. I’ve chosen the best part and that is to always stay motivated. I am not a tree neither I’m I permanently planted on a stony group. NO! I move so fast as the wind.
