Checkin In

Checkin In:-

A lot has happened since the last time I was here but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t thinking about you as often as I could and that’s why I’m checking in.

I contemplated lots of times coming to put up a post on the blog but then there was the issue with work and then if you’re not aware my country Nigeria has been going through a different kind of pandemic called ”End Sars”.

However, I have managed to put up content on my podcast and on my Youtube channel. I have also heard to take care of my mental health after some of the End Sars protesters where attacked and killed.

Taking care of yourselves and putting yourself first can never be a cliche, in a world where a lot of things come at us it is important we take time out to take care of ourselves.

In conclusion, I do hope you guys have been staying safe because there’s still a pandemic, to my fellow Nigerian youths, I hope you’re taking time to rest after the unrest we just witnessed.
