Coping with COVID – 19?
If you’re like me who live in a country or state where the lockdown is ongoing, you probably spend your day shuttling between your bed and the kitchen.
My bed because that is technically my office – working from home as we call it because life must go on despite the ongoing pandemic.
My question though is how are you all coping ?
I have been flooded with work and my spare time has been filled with watching movies and sleeping.
Howbiet, I haven’t had time to create engaging content for my blog and podcast… is like there’s so much to do now and on the social media space there’s a productivity race going on.
Every one has one mantra or the other about how they’re learning new skills that will put them ahead after the quarantine period.
While this in itself is not a bad idea but can we all just move on our own space?
With so much work to do and not having enough time to create content for my blog and podcast… I’m already starting to feel inadequate and anxious.
And i certainly don’t want to be among the people who run the race only to collapse because i didn’t take time to take care of myself.
I believe that it’s just best everybody takes a breather.
If learning a skill or taking a course every day of this quarantine period is your goal then by all means pursue it but don’t guilt trip others for not doing so.

Surprisingly, my deep concern is how to cope after the lockdown is over. Would you help out?
wow… I think we would definitely be fine. The lockdown first has to end so that we can move forward from there.
